Do I need a certain level of fitness to join?
No. Each of our workouts are designed to be accessible to any fitness level.
How long does each training session take?
Each of our functional fitness training sessions is 1 hour long. Included in that hour is a dynamic warm-up, strength and technique training, and a programmed workout, built to challenge and elevate you.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
We believe in variety. This keeps things interesting! It also keeps your body on its toes so to speak. Exercises include a number of movements, including bodyweight, traditional weight lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, cardio, etc.
Is there kid care?
There is a kid space at our facility. You are welcome to bring your children but please remember, no children are allowed on the gym floor for the safety of everyone.
What is the minimum age for student athletes to join Coal Road?
We welcome student athletes beginning at age 12.
I purchased a drop in, what time should I show up to class?
Please show up at least 10 minutes early. We want to make sure you can start on time and do not miss anything.
